- 摘要:为了探明重金属离子在猪场废水厌氧消化中的蓄积抑制作用,用急性抑制试验法和蓄积抑制试验法,研究了Cu2+、Zn2+、Cr3+对厌氧消化的半抑制浓度和蓄积特性.结果表明,Cu2+、Zn2+、Cr3+对厌氧消化的半抑制浓度分别为1.26、1.79和2.10mg·g-1(以VSS计),当Cu2+、Zn2+、Cr
- Abstract:In acute toxicity tests,the half maximal inhibitory concentrations (IC50) of Cu2+,Zn2+,and Cr3+ on anaerobic digestion of piggery wastewater were 1.26 mg·g-1,1.79 mg·g-1,and 2.10 mg·g-1,respectively (based on volatile suspended solids,VSS). Chronic toxicity tests showed that the methane production rate was reduced by 50% when the concentrations of Cu2+,Zn2+,and Cr3+ were 1.92 mg·g-1,0.96 mg·g-1 and 2.24 mg·g-1 respectively (based on VSS),which indicated that the inhibitory effect of Zn2+ was highly accumulated,and the inhibitory effects of Cu2+ and Cr3+ were distinctly accumulated.
