  • 摘要:考察了铁离子对厌氧氨氧化反应器性能的影响.研究发现,经过205d的连续培养,添加铁离子可提高反应器的基质转化能力,铁离子浓度为0.075mmol·L-1时,反应器对NH4+-N和NO2--N的最大去除速率分别为对照(铁离子浓度0.03mmol·L-1)的1.8倍和1.6倍;添加铁离子可促进厌氧氨氧化菌生长,以NO3--N产生量和挥发
  • Abstract:The effect of ferrous ion on the performance of an anaerobic ammonium oxidation (anammox) reactor was investigated. The substrate removal rate of the reactor was boosted by addition of ferrous ion within 205 d. The maximum NH4+-N and NO2--N removal rate with 0.075 mmol·L-1 Fe2+ was 1.8-fold and 1.6-fold of the control (Fe2+ concentration = 0.03 mmol·L-1). Microbial growth,denoted by production of nitrate and volatile solids (VS),was also enhanced. The biomass increment at 0.075 mmol·L-1 Fe2+ was 1.36-fold over the control,and the VS of the test reactor was 2.15-fold of the control. The anammox bacteria varied in cellular structure under iron-replete conditions (0.075 mmol·L-1). An unknown grey area appeared between the light area and the dark area,which was unprecedented in anammox bacteria. Based on this research,anammox bacteria have a large demand for iron and the former medium for the anammox bacteria was iron limited.
