  • 摘要:亚硝化-厌氧氨氧化脱氮工艺的关键是实现亚硝酸盐的累积.实验采用SBR反应器,在实现亚硝酸盐稳定积累的基础上,考察了不同的碳源种类及离子对亚硝酸盐积累的影响.结果表明,当进水COD不高于200mg·L-1(0<C/N≤0.34)时,外加碳源对亚硝酸盐的积累有促进作用,亚硝酸盐积累率可达到78%;碳源种类对亚硝酸盐积累的影响不明显,而对出水COD的影响较为明显,其中以葡萄糖为碳源时COD去除率最高,可达到98.4%.亚硝酸盐的积累率随氯离子、硫酸盐以及磷酸盐浓度的增大而迅速下降,当其浓度分别达到0.5mol·L-1、0.4mol·L-1以及0.4mol·L-1时,好氧氨氧化菌活性被完全抑制,氨氮转化率为零;抑制亚硝酸盐累积的离子排序为:硫酸盐>磷酸盐>氯离子>C/N.
  • Abstract:Nitrite accumulation is regarded as the key to the Nitrification/Anammox process.The effect of different organic carbon and salts in the feeding of SBR reactors was studied after steady nitrification was achieved in the reactors.The results showed that when the influent COD was not more than 200 mg·L-1(0<C/N≤0.34),the nitrite accumulation rate was promoted up to 78%.However,different kinds of organic carbon had much more obvious impacts on the COD removal rate than nitrification.When glucose was used as organic carbon,the COD removal rate was 98.4% which was better than any other tested carbon source.The nitrite accumulation decreased rapidly when the concentration of chlorine,sulfate or phosphate increased,and the activity of ammonia oxidizing bacteria was restrained.Nitrite accumulation was completely inhibited when the concentration of chlorine,sulfate or phosphate reached 0.5 mol·L-1、0.4 mol·L-1 and 0.4 mol·L-1,respectively.The order of influence of the C/N ratio and salts on nitrite accumulation was:sulfate>phosphate>chlorine>C/N.
