  • 摘要:采用铁板、石墨、钛涂钌铱3种阳极材料和多孔石墨、活性炭纤维、不锈钢3种阴极材料对三维电极反应器处理苯酚模拟废水进行研究,并分析了不同极板材料对H2O2产量及对苯酚去除率的影响.结果表明,不同的阴阳极材料体系中,H2O2产量和苯酚的去除率有较大差异,钛涂钌铱电极更适合作为反应体系的阳极,铁板作为阳极存在着在电解过程中产生大量铁泥污染以及损耗严重等缺点.多孔石墨、活性炭纤维、不锈钢3种阴极材料中,活性炭纤维显示出了良好的矿化能力.当采用钛涂钌铱极板作为阳极,活性炭纤维作阴极,此时苯酚的最大去除率可达到92.1%.
  • Abstract:We treated simulated phenol wastewater using a three-dimensional electrode reactor,using an iron panel,graphite and titanium-coated ruthenium iridium alloy as the anode materials,and porous graphite,activated carbon fiber and stainless steel as the cathode materials. Different cathode and anode materials result in significant differences in the yield of hydrogen peroxide and the removal of phenol in the system. The titanium coated Ru-Ir electrode is most applicable as the anode in the reaction system. Using the iron panel as the anode may cause a large amount of iron mud pollution and damage in the electrolysis process. Of the three cathode materials,activated carbon fiber showed the best mineralization capacity. The maximum removal rate of phenol reached 92.1% when using titanium coated Ru-Ir as the anode and activated carbon fiber as the cathode material.
