  • 摘要:利用空心微球吸附水中的重金属Pb2+,将悬浮液注入装有微电极阵列芯片的微介电泳池中,施加交流电压,用介电泳捕获悬浮液中的空心微球.同时,研究了空心微球吸附铅离子前后的介电迁移规律.结果表明,吸附了Pb2+的空心微球发生了正介电泳现象.此方法可以将吸附了重金属离子的空心微球捕集到一定的区域中,为工业废水中重金属离子的治理提出一种可能的方法.
  • Abstract:After absorbing Pb2+,hollow microspheres exhibit positive dielectrophoresis (pDEP) in a non-uniform electric field. The pDEPis beneficial to capture the micro-particles onto the electrodes,which provides a possible method to remove heavy metals from water using DEPand microspheres. Lead ions such as Pb2+ in the water are first adsorbed by the microspheres,and the suspension is then injected to a chamber equipped with a microchip of microelectrode arrays. The hollow microspheres are trapped by dielectrophoresis force after voltage is applied. The DEPresponses of the microspheres were investigated before and after absorbing Pb2+. The results show that pDEPhappens after microspheres absorb Pb2+. We can trap microspheres with Pb2+ in certain regions of the non-uniform field. This method is a possible way to remove heavy metals from the industrial waste water without secondary pollution.
