- 摘要:利用热重差热分析仪(DTG)对脱水污泥进行干燥实验,研究了干燥终温(85、100、120℃)、空气流速(10、20、40、50、70mL·min-1)和升温速率(15、20、40℃·min-1)等干燥参数对脱水污泥等温干燥特性的影响.结果表明,样品的干燥速率随着干燥终温的升高、升温速率和空气流速的增大而加快.脱水污泥的干燥过程主要分为加速干燥、恒速干燥和降速干燥3个阶段,且降速干燥阶段在整个干燥过程中所占的比例较大.干燥数学模型符合Page方程,拟合方程为MR=exp(-0.001βt0.022T).验证结果表明,由拟合方程计算得到的湿分比MR值与实验结果比较接近,说明该模型方程可用于描述城市污水污泥的干燥过程.
- Abstract:Drying experiments were carried out in a thermogravimetric analyzer to study the effect of operating conditions on the isothermal drying characteristics of dewatered sewage sludge. The parameters studied were temperature (85,100,120℃),air velocity (10,20,40,50,70 mL·min-1) and heating rates (15,20,40℃·min-1). The results indicate the drying rate of sludge increased with the final temperature,air velocity and heating rate. The drying process can be divided into three stages:initially an rapid warming-up with accelerated drying period,then a constant rate period,finally a falling rate period. The falling rate period was the major one during the drying process,and it could be described by the Page model,MR=exp(-0.001βt0.022T). Tests with other independent datasets show that the calculated values of the model are all in good agreement with experimental data. The model can be used to describe the drying process of the sludge.
