  • 摘要:采用电吸附技术处理水中苯酚,考察了电极电位、盐浓度和温度对电吸附苯酚去除率的影响,并对活性碳纤维(ACF)电吸附苯酚过程进行了动力学和热力学分析.实验结果表明,正极化可有效促进ACF对苯酚的吸附,负极化抑制ACF对苯酚的吸附,在苯酚初始浓度为50mg·L-1,Na2SO4浓度5mg·L-1,温度为25℃时,0.9V的正极化下苯酚的去除率达到79.56%,较开路时提高了20.13%.苯酚溶液中含有少量盐,可提高苯酚的去除率,且存在最佳添加量值;升高温度能提高苯酚的去除率.动力学和热力学分析表明,ACF电吸附苯酚过程符合一级反应动力学规律,该过程为吸热过程,以电吸附为主,同时伴随着物理吸附.
  • Abstract:In this study,electrosorption was adopted to remove phenol from water. The effects of electrode potential,salt concentration and temperature on the removal efficiency of phenol were investigated and the kinetics and thermodynamics of the electrosorption process were analyzed. The experimental results showed that positive polarization effectively improved the removal ratio of phenol on activated carbon fibers (ACF),while negative polarization reduced the removal ratio of phenol. At a temperature of 25℃,positive polarization of 0.9 V,initial concentration of 50 mg·L-1 and Na2SO4 of 5 mg·L-1,the removal ratio could be up to 79.56%,an increase of 20.13% compared to an open circuit under the same conditions. The presence of a small quantity of Na2SO4 increased the removal ratio of phenol. In addition,the removal ratio of phenol increased with temperature. The kinetic and thermodynamic analyses indicated that the removal of phenol by electrosorption could be described by first-order reaction kinetics. The adsorption process was mainly electrosorption accompanied by physical adsorption,and the adsorption process was endothermic.
