  • 摘要:基于黑河调水及近期治理前后各项生态指标资料,综合运用改进的层次分析法(IAHP)、成功度评价法(SA)、模糊综合评判法(FCA)构建IAHP-SA-FCA模型,评价黑河调水及近期治理对下游的生态影响.结果表明:构建的IAHP-SA-FCA模型,既可以发挥层次分析法和成功度评价法的优点,又可以克服传统多层次模糊综合评价法的缺点;项目的实施减少了荒漠化面积,扩大了绿洲面积,遏制了地下水位下降的趋势,沿河两岸的胡杨得到恢复和生长,黑河调水及近期治理工程取得了较好的生态效果.
  • Abstract:To assess the the ecological impact of diversion of water in the lower reaches of the Heihe river we constructed an IAHP-SA-FCA model which integrated IAHP、success assessment and fuzzy comprehensive assessment based on the comparison of the ecological indicators between pre- and post-water diversion and after recent management projects. The results show that the model not only incorporates the advantages of AHP and SA but also overcomes shortcomings of traditional multi-level fuzzy comprehensive assessment. The project had a good ecological effect on reducing desert area, increasing oasis area, containing water table decline, and restoring the populous euphratica trees along the river.
