  • 摘要:以水培体系模拟研究了阴-非离子混合表面活性剂SDBS-TX100对黑麦草吸收有机氯农药(OCPs)p,p'-DDT和γ-HCH的影响.结果发现,在SDBS与TX100物质的量比(以下简称"配比")为0 ∶ 10, 1 ∶ 9, 5 ∶ 5, 9 ∶ 1时,能促进黑麦草吸收积累OCPs. SDBS-TX100增强黑麦草吸收OCPs的程度与混合表面活性剂配比、浓度及OCPs本身的性质等密切相关.不同配比的SDBS-TX100在临界胶束浓度(CMC)附近对黑麦草根部吸收OCPs的促进作用最显著.随着SDBS比例的增大,SDBS-TX100对黑麦草吸收OCPs的促进作用增强,其中对p,p'-DDT的促进效果更为显著;当SDBS-TX100配比为9:1时,黑麦草根中OCPs(p,p'-DDT和γ-HCH)的最大含量分别是无表面活性剂对照处理的70和14倍.
  • Abstract:The uptake of p,p'-DDT and γ-HCH by ryegrass in the presence of anionic-nonionic mixed surfactants SDBS-TX100 was investigated using a hydroponic system. The results show that SDBS-TX100 mixtures with molar ratios of 0 ∶ 10, 1 ∶ 9, 5 ∶ 5, and 9 ∶ 1 could enhance the uptake of organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) by ryegrass. The mechanism is proposed that SDBS-TX100 enhanced the uptake of OCPs by the roots of ryegrass. The SDBS-TX100 enhanced uptake of OCPs by ryegrass was closely related to the mixed surfactant ratio, as well as the concentration and nature of OCPs. Different ratios of SDBS-TX100 near the critical micelle concentrations (CMC) had the most significant effect in enhancing the uptake of OCPs. With the increase of molar fraction of SDBS, the enhanced uptake of OCPs due to addition of SDBS-TX100 was promoted; the promotion of the p,p'-DDT uptake was the most effective. The SDBS-TX100 mixture with a molar ratio of SDBS to TX100 at 9 ∶ 1 had the greatest capacity in enhancing the uptake of p,p'-DDT and γ-HCH; the corresponding maximal concentrations of p,p'-DDT and γ-HCH in the roots of ryegrass were respectively 70 and 14 times those in the control treatment without surfactants.
