- 摘要:利用UASB反应器,采用厌氧氨氧化(Anammox)工艺处理模拟废水,经过106 d无盐运行后,进行加盐试验(其盐度范围为0~33 g · L-1, 以NaCl计),探讨盐度对Anammox菌脱氮效率的影响.结果表明:适合Anammox菌驯化的最初盐度为2.5 g · L-1;当盐度≤30 g · L-1时,随着盐度的增加,Anammox菌的脱氮效率表现为稳中有升的趋势,总氮的去除效率超过75%;当盐度大于30 g · L-1时,Anammox菌的脱氮效率受到显著抑制(p<0.05),但这种抑制作用在盐度低于30 g · L-1时能够得到解除;在整个盐度试验期间,NH4+-N 和NO2--N的去除速率与NO3--N的生成速率的比值与Anammox作用的理论值非常接近,说明系统能够比较好地遵循Anammox生物脱氮的理论途径.
- Abstract:An up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket reactor was operated in order to investigate the effects of salinity(sodium chloride formulations, ranging from 0 to 33 g · L-1)on nitrogen removal via the Anammox process. The reactor had been run for 106 days under no salinity-stress condition before this experiment. The results showed that the appropriate salinity for the Anammox bacteria to be acclimatized was about 2.5 g · L-1.The nitrogen removal efficiency increased steadily at salinities below 30 g · L-1 and the total nitrogen removal efficiency was over 75%. The nitrogen removal efficiency was significantly inhibited as the salinity increased over 30 g · L-1(p<0.05). However this kind of inhibition was reversible. The ratio of NH4+-N (removal rate) and NO2--N (removal rate) to NO3--N (product rate) matched the theoretical values of the Anammox process over the whole experiment period, revealing that Anammox nitrogen removal theory is suitable for application to high salinity synthetic wastewater.
