  • 摘要:以马鞍山钢铁公司高炉瓦斯泥为对象,采用微波改性方法对高炉瓦斯泥的粒度分布\,微观形貌及化学变化进行表征分析,揭示了微波作用对瓦斯泥吸附特性的影响.结果表明,高炉瓦斯泥的主要组分为含铁烧结矿和焦炭颗粒,经微波改性的瓦斯泥颗粒,在形貌上显示出粗糙度增大,孔隙结构明显,比表面积增大和活性点增多的特征.通过对亚甲基蓝的吸附测试,发现吸附量由微波改性前的54.8 mg · g-1提高到改性后的76.7 mg · g-1.分析证明,瓦斯泥颗粒中的一些矿物在微波加热过程中发生解离及组分间发生化学反应生成新的物质,是微波改性促使瓦斯泥吸附性能提高的主要原因.实验结果为改善瓦斯泥吸附性能提供了新的方法和理论依据,并为高炉瓦斯泥资源化利用开辟了新的途径.
  • Abstract:The effects of the microwave process on the absorption capacity of blast furnace sludge and its adsorption mechanism were studied. Particle size distributions, micro-morphology and chemical changes were analyzed using a laser particle size analyzer and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that the morphological features of iron-bearing sinter and coke particles, which are the main constituents of blast furnace sludge, are changed by microwave heating. The surface roughness and porosity, specific surface area and activated points on the modified particle surface all increase after microwave treatment. The adsorption capacity (mg · g-1) for methylene blue increased from 54.8 mg · g-1 to 76.7 mg · g-1 after microwave modification. The increase of the absorption capacity for blast furnace sludge is mainly derived from decomposition of the mineral phase of the particles to form new materials, due to their different responses to microwave radiation. The work provides some theoretical reference for improving the absorption capacity of the blast furnace sludge. Furthermore, it is helpful for recovery of valuable constituents in blast furnace sludge.
