  • 摘要:采用分子生物学手段16S rDNA克隆文库方法,对第三代生物膜法代表工艺Biostyr 曝气生物滤池(BAF)中滤料表面细菌进行了多样性研究.从16S rDNA克隆文库中随机挑选了50个克隆子进行序列测定(约1.5 kb),对测序结果进行了BLAST对比.结果表明,Biostyr BAF系统中的细菌群落具有高度多样性,有41个克隆子分属7个不同的细菌类群,3个克隆子属于未知类群,优势类群依次为β-proteobacterium类群,γ-proteobacterium类群和Bacteroidetes类群.对测序得到的26个OTU用MEGA软件进行系统发育分析,同样表明Biostyr滤料表面细菌多样性较强.
  • Abstract:The bacterial diversity in a Biostyr biological aerated filter (BAF) was studied by 16S rDNA cloning and sequencing method. Fifty clones were randomly selected, and their 16S rDNA genes (ca.1500 bp) were sequenced and blasted. The results indicated that the bacterial diversity in the Biostyr BAF was very high: 41 clones belong to 7 different published phyla, and 3 clones belong to unknown phyla. The dominant bacterial community in the Biostyr BAF were β-proteobacteria, γ-proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes. Using MEGA software, 26 OTU phylotypes were selected from the 44 sequenced clones,and the phylogenetic analysis also demonstrated high bacterial diversity in the Biostyr BAF.
