  • 摘要:高氯酸盐(ClO4-)是一种新兴的持久性污染物,其环境污染问题引起了高度关注.由于人为和自然来源造成土壤及地下水大范围ClO4-污染,控制与修复ClO4-污染环境成为新的研究热点,其中植物和微生物修复最具应用前景,但我国相关研究甚少.本文总结了ClO4-污染土壤及地下水植物修复的作用机制及影响因素,包括植物吸收积累、植物体内降解、植物根际降解;并从根际微生物降解途径、外源添加物和环境影响条件等3个方面,重点评述了根际降解中植物-微生物的联合作用,以期为我国开展植物-微生物联合修复ClO4-污染土壤及地下水的研究提供参考.
  • Abstract:Perchlorate (ClO4-) is a new emerging persistent pollutant, and its related environmental problems cause a great concern.Originated from many anthropogenic and natural sources, ClO4- is widespread in soil and groundwater environments.Control and restoration of ClO4--contaminated environments become a new research focus.Phyto-microbial remediation is the most promising technology to abate ClO4- pollution, but few studies were reported in China.This paper reviews phyto-microbial remediation of ClO4--contaminated soil and groundwater and its influential factors.The phytoremediation mechanism for ClO4- is illustrated in terms of phytoextraction, phytodegradation, and rhizodegradation.To elucidate the combined effect of phyto-microbial remediation, plant rhizodegradation is discussed on microbial metabolic pathway, the effects of exogenous additives and environmental conditions.The research trends and currently existing problems are prospected.
