- 摘要:对新型厌氧氨氧化折流板反应器的启动和运行性能进行了研究,并对其过程动力学特性进行了分析.试验中采用了两种启动策略:一是固定水力停留时间(HRT)(24 h)并逐步提高进水基质浓度,二是固定进水浓度并逐步缩短HRT.结果显示后者(低基质浓度高水力负荷)更利于厌氧氨氧化反应器的启动.当厌氧氨氧化反应成功启动后,消耗的氨氮亚硝酸氮以及产生的硝酸氮的比值为1 ∶ (1.22±0.18) ∶ (0.13±0.06),接近理论比值.当进水总氮浓度为434 mg·L-1,水力停留时间为3 h,容积总氮负荷为3.45 kg·m-3·d-1时,在153 d取得了最大容积基质去除负荷3.00 kg·m-3·d-1.使用二级动力学模型和改进的Stover-Kincannon模型对厌氧氨氧化反应器的动力学行为进行了模拟,获得了模型参数.模拟结果表明:二级动力学模型的预测精度比改进型Stover-Kincannon模型更高.
- Abstract:The start-up and performance of a novel Anammox (anaerobic ammonium oxidation) baffled reactor were studied and the process kinetics of the reactor was analyzed. There were two start-up strategies for Anammox process. The first was with fixed hydraulic retention time (HRT) (24h) and gradual increase in the influent substrate concentration, while the second was a fixed influent substrate concentration and gradual reduce in the HRT. The results showed that the latter (low substrate concentration with high hydraulic loading) was more conducive to Anammox reactor start-up. When start-up of the Anammox process was fulfilled, the ratio of consumed ammonia nitrogen, consumed nitrite nitrogen and produced nitrate nitrogen was 1 ∶ (1.22 ± 0.18) ∶ (0.13 ± 0.06), which approached to the theoretical value. When the influent total nitrogen concentration was 434 mg·L-1 at the HRT of 3h which corresponded to a nitrogen loading rate of 3.45 kg·m-3·d-1, the maximum total substrate removal rate of 3.00 kg·m-3·d-1 was observed at the 153rd day. The kinetic behaviors of Anammox were simulated by the second-order kinetic model and the modified Stover-Kincannon model, and the model parameters were obtained. The simulation results showed that the prediction accuracy of second-order kinetic model was better than that of the modified Stover-Kincannon model.
