  • 摘要:通过盆栽模拟试验研究了不同磷石膏(PG)添加量(0、20、40 g·kg-1)和接种3种丛枝菌根真菌 (Glomus mosseae(GM)、Glomus aggregatum(GA)、Diversispora spurcum(DS))对玉米生长及其磷、硫、砷吸收的影响.试验结果表明:随磷石膏添加量的提高,土壤有效磷、有效硫含量及玉米植株的生物量均呈增加趋势,且无论接种与否,3个水平磷石膏处理中均以PG40处理(40 g·kg-1)植株的磷含量及吸收量最高.就玉米植株地上部分的生物量而言,在PG40处理下以接种DS处理最高,而接种GA处理则刚好相反.同一磷石膏添加水平下,与不接种相比,接种DS菌根真菌显著增加了玉米根系的磷含量、磷吸收量及硫含量,显著降低了根系的砷含量;而接种GM菌根真菌不同程度地降低了玉米根系的磷含量和吸收量,同时显著降低了根系的砷含量;接种GA菌根真菌显著降低了玉米根系磷含量,但砷含量没有显著变化.所有复合处理中,以添加磷石膏40 g·kg-1与接种DS菌根真菌组合处理对低硫缺磷土壤玉米的生长促进作用最好.
  • Abstract:The growth and phosphorus (P), sulphur (S), arsenic (As) uptake of maize plants (Zea mays L) were studied. The maize plants grew in pots of soil and were undertaken different addition levels of phosphogypsum (PG) (0, 20, 40 g·kg-1) and three different kinds of arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi-Glomus mosseae (GM), Glomus aggregatum (GA), Diversispora spurcum (DS). Results showed that the soil-available P and S concentrations and plant biomass increased with the PG addition level. Whether inoculation or not, the PG40-treated strain constantly kept the highest P concentration and P uptake under different PG addition levels. Results also revealed that the shoot growth of PG40 treated maize strain was significantly enhanced when inoculated with DS, but was significantly inhibited when inoculated with GA. Under the same PG addition levels, comparing with control treatment without inoculation, the root P and S concentration and P uptake of maize strain inoculated with DS significantly increased while the root As concentration significantly decreased The root P concentration and uptake, as well as As concentration significantly decreased when maize was inoculated with GM. However, GA inoculation only significantly decreased root P concentration. In all treatments, the treatment of PG40 addition with DS inoculation had the most desirable effect on maize plants grown in the soil of low S and deficient P.
