  • 摘要:探讨了以石灰石颗粒为脱硫剂,移动床反应器脱除二氧化硫过程的影响因素.结果表明,空床气速和液体喷淋密度是影响脱硫效率的主要因子,其次为二氧化硫浓度和烟气进口温度,而床层下移速度(大于65 mm·h-1)对脱硫效率没有明显影响.当液体喷淋密度小于某一临界值时,脱硫效率随液体喷淋密度的增大而增大,但喷淋密度大于临界值后,脱硫效率基本保持不变.空床气速是影响床层阻力的主要因素,其他因素对床层阻力影响都很小.
  • Abstract:Factors affecting the desulphurization process of the moving granular bed of limestone particles were systematically discussed. The results showed that the factors affecting the desulphurization efficiency were superficial gas velocity, liquid spray density, the sulfur dioxide concentration, and the inlet temperature. The descending velocity of the limestone particles did not affect the desulphurization efficiency when the velocity was greater than 65 mm·h-1. When the liquid spray density was smaller than a critical value, the desulphurization efficiency increased along with the liquid spray density, but when the liquid spray density was larger than the critical value, the desulphurization efficiency remainedunchanged. The superficial gas velocity was the main factor on the bed pressure drop, while other factors had little effect on the bed pressure drop.
