  • 摘要:通过构建空气阴极型双室微生物燃料电池(Microbial Fuel Cell, MFC),并以苯胺和葡萄糖为燃料,研究了MFC对苯胺的降解特性及MFC的产电性能.结果表明,在1000 Ω电阻下,500mg·L-1葡萄糖为单一燃料时,MFC的最大输出电压为440 mV,最大输出功率密度为215mW·m-2.当苯胺的初始浓度为500mg·L-1,葡萄糖的浓度分别为500、300和100mg·L-1时,MFC的最大输出电压分别为430、402和390 mV,最大输出功率密度分别为205、180和169mW·m-2(按阳极截面积计算).高浓度苯胺对MFC利用葡萄糖进行产电有一定的影响.MFC可以实现对苯胺的降解,104 h内苯胺的降解率达到70%以上,MFC在闭路状态下对苯胺的降解速率比开路厌氧状态下高约14%.当以500mg·L-1苯胺为单一燃料时,MFC最大输出电压为280 mV,最大输出功率密度为87mW·m-2.MFC以苯胺和葡萄糖为混合燃料时,可在降解苯胺的同时实现稳定地向外输出电压,这为难降解的苯胺类有机物的处理提供了一条新的思路.
  • Abstract:A two-chamber microbial fuel cell (MFC) with an air cathode was constructed for the study of aniline degradation and power generation. The maximum voltage is 440 mV, and the maximal power density is 215 mW·m-2 when 500 mg·L-1 glucose was used as the sole fuel with 1000 Ω external load. When initial aniline concentration is 500 mg·L-1 with different glucose concentrations (500 mg·L-1, 300 mg·L-1, and 100 mg·L-1, respectively), the maximum voltages are 430 mV, 402 mV and 390 mV corresponding to maximal area power densities of 205 mW·m-2, 180 mW·m-2 and 169 mW·m-2, respectively. It was found that the power generation is affected by the presence of high concentration of aniline. The degradation rate of aniline reaches over 70% within 104 h using the MFC. Compared to the open circuit performance, the degradation rate of aniline is enhanced by 14% with 1000 Ω external load. The maximum voltage is 280 mV with a maximum power density of 87 mW·m-2 using 500 mg·L-1 aniline as sole fuel. The results have clearly demonstrated high potential for the use of MFC to generate electricity from an aniline and glucose mixture as fuel and simultaneously degrade the aniline.
