- 摘要:采用浸渍法制备了一系列以成型TiO2为载体的Mn-Co/TiO2低温SCR催化剂,研究分析了活性组分担载量、Mn含量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间等制备参数和进口NO浓度、空速、O2体积分数、NH3/N2摩尔比等操作条件对催化剂脱硝反应活性的影响.结果表明:活性组分担载量为30%,Mn/(Mn+Co)摩尔比为80%,在500 ℃下焙烧6 h得到的Mn-Co/TiO2催化剂具有较高的NO转化率;在进口NO浓度为600×10-6、O2体积分数6%、空速10000 h-1、150 ℃条件下,NO脱除率接近100%.
- Abstract:Mn-Co/TiO2 catalysts using TiO2 as supported material were prepared by a simple impregnation process. The effect of calcination conditions, loading amount of active components, molar ratio of Mn/(Mn+Ce), concentrations of NO and O2, NH3 /NO ratio and space velocity on catalytic performance of denitration were studied. The results showed that the as-prepared Mn-Co/TiO2 catalysts have excellent catalytic activity at low temperature. The samples with active ingredient loading amount of 30% and Mn/(Mn+Co) molar ratio of 80% exhibit the best result of denitration when calcinated at 500 ℃ for 6 h. The value of n(NH3)/n(NO) of such samples is nearly 1.0 under test condition of NO in feed 600×10-6, GHSV of 10000 h-1, and φ(O2)=6% at 150 ℃.
