- 摘要:利用响应面法进行试验设计,选定炭化温度、升温速率、炭化停留时间及保护气体流量为影响因素,对利用污水厂二次污泥制备污泥基活性炭的工艺条件进行优化.通过响应面法得到了污泥基活性炭的碘吸附值与4种因素之间的非线性回归方程,确定了制备污泥基活性炭的最优工艺条件为:炭化温度530 ℃、升温速率17 ℃ · min-1、炭化停留时间22 min、保护气体流量280 mL · min-1.在最优条件下,制备的污泥基活性炭碘吸附值为675.9 mg · g-1,比表面积为639.5 m2 · g-1,平均孔径为4.1 nm,中孔孔径为3~5 nm;羧基、内酯基和酚羟基含量分别为1.625、0.125和0.375 mmol · g-1,更适合吸附大分子污染物和金属离子.
- Abstract:The preparation effectiveness of activated carbon was highly dependent on many parameters, including carbonization temperature, heating rate, carbonization time and protective gas flow rate. In this study, the above four factors were obtained by using the central composite design and the non-linear equations, which described the relationship between the iodine value of sludge-based activated carbon. The optimal process parameters were determined as follows: carbonization temperature of 530 ℃, heating rate of 17 ℃ · min-1, carbonization time of 22 min, and protective gas flow rate of 280 mL · min-1. The iodine value, specific surface area, average pore size, and pore medium-size of the sludge activated carbon at the optimum conditions were 675.9 mg · g-1, 639.5 m2 · g-1, 4.1 nm and 3~5 nm, respectively. Meanwhile, the content of carboxyl, lactone and phenolic hydroxyl group were 1.625, 0.125 and 0.375 mmol · g-1, respectively. The results suggested that the sludge activated carbon had good absorptive property of macromolecules and metal ion.
