- 摘要:为提高吸附剂固液分离性能,以锰锌铁氧体Mn0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4为磁核,利用正硅酸乙酯水解制备了核壳结构磁性吸附剂Mn0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4@SiO2(MZF@SiO2),以水中重金属Pb(Ⅱ)作为探针分子,研究了其吸附动力学、吸附等温线及吸附热力学,并通过Zeta电位、FT-IR红外光谱及X射线光电子能谱,对吸附机理进行了研究.结果表明,吸附动力学数据符合准二级动力学模型,Freundlich方程能更好地描述吸附等温行为;MZF@SiO2对Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附为自发吸热过程,MZF@SiO2对Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附机理为静电作用、阳离子交换和配位作用.MZF@SiO2可采用0.01 mol·L-1硝酸进行再生.
- Abstract:Mn0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4@SiO2 (MZF@SiO2 magnetic adsorbents were prepared for promoting the solid-liquid separation properties of adsorbents by coating SiO2 on the surface of Mn0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4 through in-situ hydrolysis of tetraethylorthosilicate. The adsorption kinetics, isotherm as well as thermodynamics were investigated using heavy mental Pb(Ⅱ) ions as the molecular probe in aqueous solution. And the adsorption mechanism was explored using zeta electric potential, FT-IR infrared spectrum and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Results reveal that the adsorption behaviour could be better described by the pseudo-second-order model, and the adsorption isotherm is well fitted with the Freundlich equation. Additionally, it is found that the adsorption of Pb(Ⅱ) onto Mn0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4@SiO2 is a spontaneous endothermic process according to thermodynamic calculations. Results of Zeta electric potential, FT-IR spectrum and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis reveal that Pb(Ⅱ) is adsorbed onto Mn0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4@SiO2 through electrostatic interactions, cation exchange and complexation. The regeneration of Mn0.6Zn0.4Fe2O4@SiO2 after Pb(Ⅱ) adsorption was conducted using 0.01 mol·L-1 nitric acid.
