- 摘要:水滑石是一种高效的电吸附材料,可用于工业废水中硫代硫酸盐的去除.硫代硫酸盐(S2O32-)是废水中主要含硫污染物.本研究采用共沉淀法,在泡沫镍基体上成功合成了NiAl-LDHs,并经煅烧成功转化为NiAl-LMO电极.NiAl-LMO电极电化学性能稳定,可逆性好,比电容可达577 F·g-1.NiAl-LMO电极在外加电压为1.0 V、pH为7、温度40℃时,对S2O32-电吸附效率最高达60.9%,施加相反电压后S2O32-电脱附率达84.9%.本研究为含S2O32-废水处理提供了新的电吸附电极材料和技术选择.
- Abstract:Hydrotalcite is an efficient electroadsorption material, which can be used to remove thiosulfate from industrial wastewater. Thiosulfate (S2O32-)is the main sulfur-containing pollutant in wastewater. In this study, NiAl-LDHs were successfully synthesized on nickel foam matrix by co-precipitation method and converted into NiAl-LMO electrode after calcination. The electrochemical performance of NiAl-LMO electrode is stable, the reversibility is good, and the specific capacitance can reach 577 F·g-1. When the applied voltage is 1.0 V, pH is 7, and the temperature is 40℃, the NiAl-LMO electrode has the highest electrical adsorption efficiency of 60.9% for S2O32-. After applying the opposite voltage, the S2O32- electrical desorption rate reaches 84.9%. This study provides a new electrode material and technical choice for the treatment of wastewater containing S2O32-.
