• 摘要：为应对碳排放造成的全球变暖问题，各国应共同采取行动，其中碳排放责任分配是各国利益相关的研究热点，该领域有关研究虽已有很多，但基于文献计量的较少.本文使用文献计量学方法，利用Citespace等软件，针对Web of Science核心合集中的碳排放责任分配领域文献进行定量分析，以揭示该领域的发展现状、研究实力分布、研究前沿等，并着重分析中国在该领域的研究发展情况.研究发现：①该领域论文于1991-2010年间发展缓慢，2010年后开始快速增加；②无论在国家、机构、作者层面，中国文章发表量均居全球首位，但由于参与研究时间较晚等原因，篇均被引水平仍相对较低；③通过对逐年篇均被引水平及文章合作度分析发现，近年来该领域文章数量增速不断加快，篇均作者数不断增加，篇均文章机构数量及篇均被引数量却不断下降，文章学术质量有所降低，可能存在一定学术泡沫现象，其中我国该现象尤为突出；④该领域最新研究主题包括管理、效率、共担社会责任等，最受关注研究主题为能源、碳足迹、消费者责任等，最常用研究方法为投入产出法，整体具有很强的连续性.总的来说，该领域近年出现很多新研究主题，但针对责任分配原则本身的创新稍有不足，同时由于研究力量分散等原因，各新主题还未得到足够关注.我国作为碳排放出口大国，应提出基于我国利益的碳排放责任分配原则，未来需继续加大研究力度、提高文章质量，掌握碳排放责任分配话语权，维护我国在国际气候谈判中的国家利益.

• Abstract：Facing the global warming attributed to carbon emissions, all countries should take actions together. The allocation of carbon emissions responsibility is the focus of research. Despite many studies, there is few bibliometric research on this topic. This study uses bibliometric methods and Citespace software to quantitatively analyze the literature of carbon emission responsibility allocation on Web of Science in order to reveal the development status, research strength of related academic parties as well as research frontier of the field. This study pays extra attention to the research in China. The results show that:① only few papers were published in this field between 1991-2010 but researches began to increase rapidly after 2010; ② China's publication overwhelmingly prevails other countries both at the levels of countries, institutions and authors. However, per paper citation in China is low which may be owing to the late publication of research;③by analyzing per paper citation and degree of cooperation, we find that, the annual amount of articles and per paper authors increase in recent years, but the number of participated organizations and citations per paper declined gradually, which may indicates the decrease of academic quality of papers. This is especially true in China; ④ the emerging research topics include management, efficiency, social responsibility, etc. The most attractive research topics are energy, carbon footprint, consumer responsibility, etc. The most commonly-used research method is input-output model, which shows strong academic coherence. Although many up-to-date research subjects have emerged in this field, the research in the principle of responsibility allocation is not sufficient. Also, the emerging subjects have not yet attracted enough attention due to decentralization of research efforts. As a major exporter of carbon emissions, China should propose the principle of carbon emission allocation for the sack of its own good. In the future, China's research input should be strengthened and the research quality should be improved in order to safeguard China's national interests in international climate negotiation.
