  • 摘要:采用层层自组装法,在氧化石墨烯(GO)中原位生长ZIF-8,GO-ZIF复合纳滤膜中的GO层间距被成功扩大.通过单宁酸(TA)的修饰,GO-ZIF-TA复合纳滤膜的渗透通道被进一步优化以提高通量和抗污染性能.采用SEM、XRD、FTIR等对复合膜材料进行表征和死端过滤对膜性能进行测试.GO-ZIF复合纳滤膜过滤50 mg·L-1甲基蓝(MB)时水通量达到40.01 L·m-2·h-1,是GO膜水通量的2.4倍,其MB截留率为92.63%.采用TA对GO-ZIF复合纳滤膜进一步改性优化,得到的复合纳滤膜过滤MB时水通量达到47.09 L·m-2·h-1,并保持92.13%的MB截留率.TA沉积使膜表面更光滑并改善膜的亲水性,GO-ZIF-TA复合膜表现出良好的抗污染性.
  • Abstract:Through layer by layer self-assembly, ZIF-8 was grown in graphene oxide (GO). The interlayer distance between GO layers in GO-ZIF composite membrane was successfully enlarged by ZIF-8. Through tannic acid (TA) modification, the transport channel of GO-ZIF-TA composite nanofiltration membrane was further optimized to improve the flux and antifouling performance. The composite membranes were characterized by SEM, XRD and FTIR and tested by dead-end filtration to investigate the separation performance. The obtained GO-ZIF composite membrane exhibited high water flux of 40.01 L·m-2·h-1 with 92.63% dye rejection during 50 mg·L-1 methyl blue (MB) filtration, which was 2.4 times the flux of GO membrane. The GO-ZIF composite nanofiltration membrane was further modified and optimized by TA. The resulted GO-ZIF-TA membrane had a water flux of 47.09 L·m-2·h-1 and still kept a high MB rejection of 92.13%. Simultaneously, the deposition of TA made the membrane surface smoother and improved the hydrophilicity of the membrane. So, the GO-ZIF-TA composite membrane showed good antifouling performance.
