  • 摘要:采用聚丙烯酰胺、二甲胺、甲醛、氢氧化钠、二硫化碳为原料,制备出重金属絮凝剂二硫代羧基化胺甲基聚丙烯酰胺(DTAPAM),以含Cu2+废水为研究对象,采用三因素五水平的响应曲面分析法对DTAPAM除Cu2+性能进行了研究.实验结果表明:响应面法建立的二次项回归模型p值为0.0037,模型显著;X1X2X1X3X2X3项的p值分别为:0.0240、0.0061、0.1322,X1X2X1X3交互作用显著,而X2X3交互作用不显著.通过响应面分析,在Cu2+初始浓度为25 mg·L-1,Cu2+初始浓度与絮凝剂投加量的比值为1:6.3,水样初始pH值为6.0时,DTAPAM对Cu2+的去除性能最佳.在此条件下,实测Cu2+的去除率为91.60%,模型预测值为93.35%,相对偏差为-1.87%,利用响应面法优化DTAPAM对Cu2+的去除条件可行.
  • Abstract:A heavy metal flocculant, named dithiocarboxylated amine methyl polyacrylamide (DTAPAM), was prepared by using polyacrylamide, dimethylamine, formaldehyde, sodium hydroxide and carbon disulfide as raw materials. The Cu2+ removal was studied with DTAPAM by employing the response surface method (RSM) of three-factor and five-level. The experimental results showed that the p value of the quadratic regression model established by RSM was 0.0037, which was significant. The p values of X1X2X1X3 and X2X3 were 0.0240、0.0061 and 0.1322, respectively. The interaction of X1X2 and X1X3 was significant, except the interaction of X2X3. Through the response surface analysis, the optimum removal performance, up to 91.60%, for Cu2+ by DTAPAM was obtained under the initial Cu2+ concentration to the dosage of DTAPAM ratio of 1:6.3, at pH 6. The model prediction value was 93.35% with the relative deviation of -1.87%. The results indicate that it is feasible to optimize the removal performance of Cu2+ with DTAPAM by using RSM.
