  • 摘要:为探究江苏滨海湿地环境因子与互花米草生态特征的关系及水分梯度和盐分梯度对互花米草生态特征的影响,于2020年10月,选取江苏大丰麋鹿国家级自然保护区滨海湿地互花米草为研究对象,测定了互花米草的株高、生物量、密度、盖度及土壤水分、土壤盐分、pH、土壤容重.结果表明:①土壤水分和土壤盐分是影响互花米草生态特征的重要环境因子,其中,土壤水分是首要环境因素.②互花米草的株高和生物量随土壤水分的增加呈先增加后减少的变化趋势,互花米草的最适水分生态幅为[38.69%,56.33%].③在低水分梯度(21.12%~40.71%)下,互花米草的株高和生物量与土壤盐分呈线性正相关;在高水分梯度(41.49%~61.47%)下,互花米草的株高和生物量随土壤盐分的增加呈先增加后减少的变化趋势,互花米草的最适盐分生态幅为[9.23,26.09] g·kg-1.土壤水分为影响江苏大丰麋鹿国家级自然保护区互花米草生态特征的首要环境因子,互花米草的株高和生物量对土壤水分和土壤盐分的变化产生适应性改变,研究结果可丰富湿地生态水文学的研究内容,为江苏滨海湿地保护与管理提供科学参考.
  • Abstract:In order to study the relationships between environmental factors and ecological features, as well as the influences of moisture and salinity gradient towards the ecological features of Spartina alterniflora in coastal wetlands of Jiangsu Province. In October, 2020, we systematically measured S. alterniflora. height, biomass, density, coverage, and also the soil features including soil moisture, soil salinity, pH and soil bulk density in coastal wetlands in Dafeng Elk National Nature Reserve, Jiangsu Province.①Results showed that soil moisture was the most essential environmental factors which influencing the ecological features of S. alterniflora, followed by soil salinity. ②The height and biomass of S. alterniflora increased firstly and then decreased with the changing gradients of soil moisture, and the most suitable ecological amplitude of moisture was [38.69%,56.33%]. ③Under the low moisture gradient of 21.12%~40.71%, the plant height, biomass and soil salinity of S. alterniflora presented linear positive correlations, while under the high moisture gradient of 41.49%~61.47%, the plant height and biomass of S. alterniflora increased and then decreased with the increase of soil salinity, and the most suitable ecological amplitude of salinity was [9.23,26.09] g·kg-1. The soil moisture was the primary environmental factor which influencing the ecological features of S. alterniflora in Dafeng Elk National Nature Reserve Jiangsu Province. Meanwhile, the plant height and biomass of S. alterniflora generated adaptive changes to the changes of soil moisture and soil salinity. The results of the research could enrich the research content of wetland ecological hydrology, and also provided scientific reference for the protection and management of coastal wetlands in Jiangsu Province.
