  • 摘要:于2019年7月在黄河三角洲国家级自然保护区对水体理化指标和大型底栖动物进行了野外采集及室内分析,获得了研究区水质状况及底栖动物群落的结构特征与空间分布现状.研究结果显示,此次采集到的底栖动物共69种,隶属于4门16目33科37属.底栖动物的平均密度为99.19 ind.·m-2,平均生物量为3.24 g·m-2.ABC曲线监测结果显示,底栖动物群落受到轻度干扰.Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Pielou均匀度指数和Margalef丰富度指数的综合评价结果显示黄河三角洲水质处于中轻度污染状态.相关性分析结果表明,pH、DO、TN、TP 4个水体理化指标并不是导致底栖动物群落结构变化的关键影响因子.在未来的研究中,应关注多种水体理化指标及其它环境因子对底栖动物群落的综合影响.
  • Abstract:In the summer of 2019, in the Yellow River Delta National Wetland Nature Reserve, a field sampling survey of water physical and chemical indicators and zoobenthos was carried out, and the water quality status of the study area and the current status and spatial distribution characteristics of the benthos community structure were obtained. The results of the study showed that 69 species of benthic animals were collected this time, belonging to 4 phyla, 16 orders, 33 families and 37 genera. The average density of benthic animals is 99.19 ind.·m-2, and the average biomass is 3.24 g·m-2. ABC curve monitoring results show that the benthic community is slightly disturbed. The comprehensive evaluation results of Shannon-Wiener diversity index, Pielou evenness index and Margalef richness index show that the water quality of the Yellow River Delta is in a state of moderate to light pollution. Correlation analysis results show that the four physical and chemical indicators of pH, DO, TN, and TP are not the influencing factors that lead to changes in the benthic community structure. In future research, attention should be paid to the comprehensive effects of various physical and chemical indicators of water bodies and other environmental factors on the benthic community.
