  • 摘要:受气候变化和生产生活活动的影响,黄河流域城市群在迈进“中等收入”门槛后资源环境承载力面临严峻挑战.本文以关中平原城市群为例,在分析2005—2017年城市群资源环境承载力演变特征的基础上,对资源环境承载力同人均GDP进行环境库兹涅茨检验,采用对数平均迪氏指数(LMDI)方法探讨足迹强度、经济增长、城市扩张、城市紧凑、人口规模等因素对生态足迹变化的影响作用.结果显示,黄河流域城市群存在因资源环境承载力超载而落入“中等收入陷阱”的可能.城市扩张、城市紧凑等因素促进资源环境承载力超载,足迹强度因素起到抑制作用,人口规模、经济增长等因素存在着正向和负向的交替变换作用.本研究揭示了资源环境承载力约束下黄河流域城市群高质量发展同人地系统的变化关系及其现实意义.
  • Abstract:Affected by climate change and production and living activities, the urban agglomeration in the Yellow River Basin is facing severe challenges in its resources and environmental carrying capacity after reaching the “middle income” threshold. Taking the Guanzhong Plain Urban Agglomeration in the Yellow River Basin as an example, this paper analyzes the evolutionary characteristics of the resources and environmental carrying capacity of the Guanzhong Plain Urban Agglomeration from 2005 to 2017, and discusses the status of the Environmental Kuznets Curve between the resources and environmental carrying capacity and per capita GDP. The Logarithmic Mean Divisia Index (LMDI) method was used to explore the influence of factors such as the footprint intensity, economic growth, urban expansion, urban compactness, and population size on changes in the ecological footprint. The results show that the urban agglomerations in the Yellow River Basin may fall into the “middle income trap” due to the overloading of the resources and environmental carrying capacity. Factors such as urban expansion and urban compactness promote the overloading of the resources and environmental carrying capacity, while the footprint strength factor has a restraining effect. Factors such as the population size and economic growth show alternating relationships with positive and negative effects. This paper reveals the changing relationship and practical significance between the high-quality development of urban agglomerations in the Yellow River Basin and the human-land system under the constraints of the resources and environmental carrying capacity.
