  • 摘要:针对堇青石载体比表面积小、活性组分分散程度低等问题,本研究使用盐酸对蜂窝状堇青石载体进行酸蚀处理以增大其比表面积.在采用等体积浸渍法制备CuMnCeOx/酸蚀堇青石催化剂的基础上,开展了微波催化燃烧甲苯试验以考察酸处理对催化剂活性的影响,同时对CuMnCeOx/堇青石与CuMnCeOx/酸蚀堇青石催化剂进行BET、SEM、PSDA和XRD等表征测试.结果表明,堇青石载体的比表面积由酸蚀前的0.153 m2·g-1提高至酸蚀后的1.024m2·g-1;酸蚀未改变堇青石载体的晶体结构,同时CuMnCeOx/酸蚀堇青石活性组分的特征峰相较于CuMnCeOx/堇青石催化剂有所增多.在处理气量为0.12m3·h-1、甲苯初始浓度为1000 mg·m-3和床层温度为160 ℃的反应条件下,CuMnCeOx/酸蚀堇青石催化剂对甲苯的去除效率为90%左右,高于CuMnCeOx/堇青石催化剂约10%,矿化率由78%提升至82%.5个循环周期共计600 min的稳定性试验结果证实甲苯的去除率保持在85%~95%,表明CuMnCeOx/酸蚀堇青石催化剂具有高活性和良好的稳定性.本研究可为高活性 催化剂的制备及其微波催化燃烧实际VOCs废气提供技术理论支持.
  • Abstract:In order to solve the problems of small specific surface area and low dispersion of active components for cordierite carrier, honeycomb cordierite was etched by hydrochloric acid solution to improve its specific surface area, and then CuMnCeOx/acid-etched cordierite catalyst was prepared by equivalent-volume impregnation method in this study.The effect of acid treatment on the catalyst activity was investigated by microwave catalytic combustion of toluene and then CuMnCeOx/cordierite and CuMnCeOx/acid-etched cordierite were characterized by BET,SEM,PSDA and XRD.Our findings showed that the specific surface area of cordierite carrier increased from 0.153 m2·g-1 to 1.024 m2·g-1 after acid etching, and the crystal structure of cordierite was not changed in the process of acidic etching. Compared with CuMnCeOx/cordierite catalyst, more crystal peaks of active components were observed on the surface of CuMnCeOx/acid-etched cordierite catalyst. Under reaction conditions of gas flow 0.12 m3·h-1, toluene initial concentration 1000 mg·m-3 and bed temperature 160 ℃, the removal efficiency of toluene by CuMnCeOx/acid-etched cordierite catalyst was about 90%, which was higher 10% than that by CuMnCeOx/cordierite catalyst. Simultaneously, the mineralization rate of toluene also increased from 78% to 82%. The removal rate of toluene was kept at 85%~95% during five recycles test of total 600 minutes that confirmed the high activity and good stability of CuMnCeOx/acid-etched cordierite catalyst. This study lays down a theoretical base for the preparation of highly active catalyst and its application in microwave catalytic combustion of real VOCs waste gas.
