• 摘要：乡村污水治理随着美丽乡村建设的逐年深入，建管成本和运行效果等多方面考虑因素已经逐渐作为污水处理设施建设的主要因素之一，农村污水处理分散与集中模式选择作为影响建管成本和运行效果的重要因素也成为了焦点领域.本研究成果采用综合评价方法，选取污水处理设施建设运营全寿命周期、设施建设难易程度及管理难易程度等因素，建立基于多约束条件下分散污水处理设施建设模式分析算法，建立了污水处理设施建设运营成本数据库，实现了设施建设运营成本自动计算.此模型算法应用于美丽乡村污水建设模式选择中，从乡镇尺度解决了农村污水“收集与分散”的问题，为加快推进通州区美丽乡村建设、乡村人居环境改善以及乡村振兴战略实施提供技术支撑.

• Abstract：With the deepening of constructing the beautiful countryside year by year， many factors such as construction cost and operation effect have gradually become one of the major factors in the construction of sewage treatment facilities. As an important factor affecting the construction cost and operation effect， the choice of decentralized and centralized mode of rural sewage treatment has become a focus. Based on comprehensive evaluation， and considering factors such as the whole life cycle of construction and operation of sewage treatment facilities， the difficulty of the construction and management， this study has established an analysis algorithm of the construction mode of decentralized sewage treatment facilities under multi-constraint conditions， the cost database of the construction and operation of sewage treatment facilities， and has realized automatic calculation of the cost. By using the model algorithm in the mode selection of the construction of sewage treatment facilities in beautiful countryside， the problem of "collection and discharge" of rural sewage has been solved from the village and town level， providing technical support for accelerating the construction of beautiful countryside in Tongzhou District， improving the rural living environment and implementing the rural revitalization strategy.
