厌氧氨氧化工艺耦合硫自养反硝化工艺性能:动力学和贡献率

- 摘要:本研究探究了厌氧氨氧化污泥、硫自养反硝化污泥和两者耦合污泥分别在厌氧氨氧化基质(NH4+ +NO2-)、硫自养反硝化基质(NO2-+HS-)以及复合基质(NH4+ +NO2-+HS-)的氮硫去除性能. 结果表明, 在复合基质条件下, 耦合污泥的TN去除量最高, NH4+、NO2-和HS-去除速率分别为0.15±0.01mg N/ (g VSS?h)、3.18±0.27 mg N/ (g VSS?h)和5.06±0.69 mg S/ (g VSS?h). 且厌氧氨氧化污泥和硫自养反硝化污泥之间存在协同作用, 可显著促进TN的去除(p<0.01), 促进率可达到20.41±3.51%, 其中厌氧氨氧化贡献率提高了17.89±4.94%, 硫化物型自养反硝化贡献率提高了1.95±1.85%.
- Abstract:In this study, we investigated the nitrogen and sulfur removal performance of anaerobic ammonia oxidation (anammox) sludge, sulfur autotrophic denitrification (SAD) sludge, and their coupled sludge under different substrates including anammox substrate (NH4+ +NO2-), SAD substrate (NO2-+HS-), and composite substrate (NH4++NO2-+HS-). The results showed that the coupled sludge achieved the highest TN removal under composite substrate conditions, with removal rates of 0.15±0.01 mg N/(g VSS ? h), 3.18±0.27 mg N/(g VSS ? h), and 5.06±0.69 mg S/(g VSS ? h) for NH4+、NO2- and HS-, respectively. And there was a synergistic effect between anammox sludge and SAD sludge, significantly promoting TN removal (p<0.01) with a promotion rate of 20.41±3.51%. Among them, the contribution rate of anammox increased by 17.89±4.94%, while the contribution rate of sulfide-based autotrophic denitrification increased by 1.95±1.85%.
