  • 摘要:尽管序批式(SBR)好氧颗粒污泥(AGS)技术已获得不少工程应用,但人们对连续流生物处理工艺仍情有独钟,寄希望于早日实现连续流(CFR)好氧颗粒污泥技术。然而,根据以序批方式实现的AGS(AGS-SBR)工作原理,要想实现连续流AGS(AGS-CFR)就需要分别建立选择性底物分配与选择性筛除细菌两种机制,这就需要对既有污水处理工艺予以较大规模结构改造才有可能获得技术突破。即使AGS-CFR今后取得了技术突破,与AGS-SBR相比在基建投资与运行能耗上均不占优势。计算分析表明,同等处理规模与相同前、后处理情况下,AGS-SBR比AGS-CFR至少可减少18%生物处理单元基建投资费用(101元/m3),其中,征地(节地24%)与建设费用分别可节省14元/m387元/m3生物处理单元运行能耗中主要因无回流与搅拌设备导致AGS-SBR能耗节省,可降低50%(约0.1 kWh/m3)。实际上,设置4座序批式AGS反应器便可以实现空间上的连续流AGS运行模式。
  • Abstract:Although aerobic granular sludge (AGS) with a sequencing batch reactor (SBR) mode has achieved some engineering applications, biological treatment processes with continuous flow remain highly favored, with a strong expectation for early realizing AGS with a continuous flow reactor (CFR) mode. According to the working principles of AGS-SBR, however, achieving AGS-CRF requires to establish two working mechanisms: selective feeding and selective wasting, which demands some structural modifications in existing wastewater treatment processes to achieve a technological breakthrough. Even if AGS-CFR makes the technological breakthrough soon, there will be no advantages in both infrastructure investments and operational energy consumption, compared with AGS-SBR. Calculations and analyses reveal that with an equivalent treatment capacity and the same pre-and post-treatments, AGS-SBR could reduce investmental costs on infrastructure by at least 18% (101 RMB yuan/m3) compared to AGS-CFR, saving 14 RMB yuan/m3 in land acquisition (24% saving), 87 RMB yuan/m3 in civil engineering, and could lower operational energy consumption in the biological unit by at least 50% (about 0.1 kWh/m3) due to no mixers and sludge return equipment. In fact, 4 single AGS-SBR units can achieve AGS-CFR in terms of space.
